    • Here, you can see Katie getting ready for the big day in her hotel room, which happens to overlook Laguna Beach. This is a time where I can get some great footage of the bride, usually involving close up shots during the makeup and hair, along with the wedding dress being put on for the first time. I used a beautiful song by Shawn Colvin off the Serendipity soundtrack, which was great that Nick and Katie had never even heard the song before. Then I transitioned into "Waiting for You" by Richard Marx, mostly for the deep and moving bass tones. When I reached footage of the bride getting ready with her bride's maids and her family, I choose a faster song off the Eternal Sunchine soundtrack and selectively sped up the footage to match.
